Concession Agreements

The Power Policy provides a structured set of documents which clearly outline the rights and responsibilities of each party. The Energy Purchase Agreement (EPA) represents the contract between the Project Company and Power Purchaser. The Implementation Agreement (IA) represents the agreement between the Project Company and the GOP. In the IA, the GOP mandates the Project company to develop the power project and promises concessions and other compensation payments. The GOP Guarantee, whereby the GOP guarantees the performance of the purchaser of the power is issued in conjunction with the IA.
